This is an extremely robust 2-part experience (in-person or via video) designed to give you the knowledge you need to create more wellness in your life. You’re looking for guidance on where to start. And how to go about it. You already have the motivation—you just need a vision and the right plan.

Over the course of 3 hours (after reviewing your assessment forms), Heather will partner with you on the following:

  • Personalized wellness assessment (you’ll fill out a Medical Symptoms Questionnaire and Self Care Questionnaire)

  • Suggested holistic wellness plan tailored by your input

  • One functional food plan (with a shopping guide + recipes)

  • Meal planning assistance for 7 days of meals

  • Unlimited support via my closed Facebook group—The WellBEING aLIVE Tribe

This session is followed by a 45 minute video touch-base a week later to answer questions and troubleshoot any hurdles.
