One what deserves a space in your fridge and what should go. This program is designed to give you the momentum you want.

Over the course of 10 weeks and 6 private (120 minute) sessions, Heather will partner with you on the following:

  • Defining your WHY (identifying your intrinsic motivation)

  • Well-life vision setting (creating your wellness compass that will guide your efforts)

  • Manifesto creation (creating your promise to yourself to assist you in staying the course)

  • Using character strengths to plow through emotional hurdles and blocks

  • In-depth review and choice of one functional food plan framework (with comprehensive plan, shopping guide + recipes) that we'll tailor to your needs and systematically work our way through

  • Ideas and inspiration on how to make the most of your kitchen and the time you spend in it

  • Assessments to track progress—our emphasis will be on action, accountability and follow-through

  • A personal relapse prevention plan (setbacks happen, we’ll work together to navigate slips and fully harvest learning)

  • Regular weekly email check-ins

  • Ongoing support via my closed Facebook group—The WellBEING aLIVE Tribe (with priority access to my Happiness Hikes and Book Club)
