BLOOM, The Retreat
Date: November 9th, 9AM-2:30PM in Golden, CO.
This is an upbeat, empowering, holistic event that takes place each Fall and Winter in Applewood. The day focuses on igniting our immense wellness POTENTIAL so that we can live into our best selves.
The week of the retreat you’ll receive a private 30 minute personalized coaching session with Heather (for those who sign up before January 21st). We’ll discuss what you need most in order to feel grounded and to reconnect with yourself.
At the retreat we’ll spend well over 5 hours together honing in on your wellness potential by tapping into the deepest wisdom within you. What to expect?
Heart exploration and creative play via guided writing sessions, visioning work and manifesto creation.
Gentle movement exercises to reduce stress and bring us home to our bodies. A slow bow-spring yoga flow will be guided by the lovely Carrie Sarazin (!)
Organic, delicious, whole food catering by Just Be Kitchen!
Take-home materials: A thumb drive with functional food plan materials (with comprehensive food plans, shopping guides + recipes) from The Institute for Functional Medicine.
For self-care, renewal and inspiration. To gear up for the rest of 2019. This is a day for you to tune in to your body, mind and spirit through yoga, skill-building and inspired learning. It’s a day to dive into the joy and fun of a creative process. You’ll learn about ways to implement healthy habits into your daily life as you’re wrapped in self-care. You’ll feel refreshed, inspired, and even more motivated to care for yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually.
We will be meeting in the beautiful circular chapel at Jefferson Unitarian Church in Golden. This a a light, bright and airy space surrounded by nature. Address is: 14350 W. 32nd Avenue, Golden, Colorado 80401
We'll begin promptly at 9am. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle.
Journals, pens and a self-care package (to encourage you to continue living with intention) will be provided.

This is less than the cost of a 1:1 foundational session with me.
Register early and save. Retreat pricing is $197 until October 26th, when the fee increases to $247. On November 4th fee increases again to $297 for any remaining spaces.
