How much is true transformation worth to you?

This 10 week program will renew your spirit and get you firmly on a trajectory toward more energy, and a life and body you love. And you've just made 4 new BFFs to boot! 

Through the lively and supportive camaraderie of an intimate group (no more than 5 women in each group) we'll help you to unlock and unleash the power inside so that you can experience amazing health and wellness. 

FLOURISH+flow is made up of 10 sessions—5 invigorating two hour in-person sessions and 5 inspiring 30 minute live video sessions.

  • Sessions run on Wednesdays from 9:30-11:30AM or from 6:30 to 8:30PM and take place from September 11th to November 6th. For both time options, we'll meet in Wheat Ridge, at Bardo's on 38th (Wheat Ridge).

  • Through FLOURISH + flow, you'll be immersed in the skill power behind Functional Medicine, Functional Nutrition and Mind Body Medicine

  • There are a lot of things outside our control, so we'll focus our energy on the things that are actually in our control. The five wellness areas we'll explore are:

  1. nutrition

  2. stress transformation

  3. sleep + relaxation

  4. exercise + movement

  5. relationships

I make our sessions engaging, inspiring and motivating. Whatever your struggle, we'll get to the root of it and figure out a new behavior that you'll love. Maybe your struggle is with rumination, or eating enough veggies, or getting sufficient sleep. These all impact our mental, emotional and physical health. Through guided questioning, exercises and group challenges you’ll develop LIFE LONG TOOLS that'll get you results you love.

In addition to the 5 in-person sessions and the 5 live video sessions, you'll benefit from the following program components:

  • 2 1:1 private 30 minute sessions with Heather 

  • A weekly power partner, you're not in this alone!

  • Well-life vision setting (defining your compass that points you toward greater health and vitality)

  • Manifesto creation (creating your promise to self). Simple, yet powerful. We all deserve one of these!!

  • Choice of two (of six) functional food plan frameworks (with comprehensive plan, shopping guide + recipes) to try out. I'll explain the rational for each and together we'll figure out what makes the most sense for you

  • Additional delicious, nutritious recipes rooted in the principles of Food=Medicine

  • Self-care tips, workout inspiration and stress transformation techniques

  • Detailed summaries of our sessions and regular weekly email check-ins

  • Ongoing support via my closed Facebook group—The WellBEING aLIVE Tribe (with priority access to my Happiness Hikes and Book Club)
