Learning Modules + Materials

FLOURISH is  made up of the following 6 learnings modules: Module 1—Food as medicine, Module 2—Supportive pre+ probiotics, Module 3—Mindful + emotional eating, Module 4—Avoiding obesegens, Module 5—Body movement yin + yang and Module 6—Finding flow.

Clients receive a Personal diet, nutrition and lifestyle journal, a Core food plan comprehensive guide + weekly planner + recipes, a Phytonutrient spectrum comprehensive guide and an Obesegens watch list.

Our Communication

FLOURISH is a mix of personal one-on-one, laser focused, Skype coaching calls and detailed email question & answer sessions.
